• The facility will be universally accessible to those in need
• We will create an environment where a wheel chair will be seen as a natural thing Kids will be totally exposed to a natural environment
• We will focus on sustainability
• We will preserve the uniqueness of the park by not duplicating other facilities or trying to be all things to all people
• Our brand is –EcoPark and we will focus on environmental principals
• We will maintain a balance between education and recreation
• We will not destroy the park through overuse
• We will create environments that will attract animals and support a wide variety of ecosystems
